ALMEC electro-pneumatic distributors have been designed, developed, and manufactured for command switching in automation systems of various types of machines equipped with a CAN-bus network. They are available in 5 different versions, with 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 elements, to electronically control from 8 up to 16 electrovalves. Manufactured with high-quality components and materials, they are particularly suitable for machines subject to shocks and vibrations and exposed to atmospheric agents, operating in harsh work environments and in conditions and modes that require great flexibility, versatility, and reliability.

ALMEC operator panels are highly versatile HMI devices, installable in the cabin, outside the machine, or internally on control panels. The variants available in our product portfolio cover a wide range of applications, from simple display systems to full management centers. Graphics, functionalities, and button configurations are fully customizable to ensure the best adaptation to the client's and machine's needs.

ALMEC wired remote control keypads can be integrated as slaves in CAN-bus networks or serial networks.

They have been designed, developed, and manufactured for controlling various types of machines and for activating simple and complex functions of all kinds.

All keypads can be customized in terms of screen printing graphics and button configurations to best suit the machine's functionalities.

Their ergonomic design allows the operator a firm grip for safe and precise control, and for the models equipped, backlighting is available for use in low-light conditions.

ALMEC radio transmitters are designed for the remote control of machinery equipped with ALMEC radio receivers. The graphics are fully customizable, and the radio protocols, using Hamming security code, allow for operation on 434 and 868 MHz bands without interruptions caused by interference.

ALMEC bidirectional radio receivers are designed for the remote control of machinery equipped with a CAN BUS network, ideal for systems with safety architectures compliant with PLd and SIL2 standards. They ensure a stable radio connection over long distances.

The range of ALMEC angular sensors includes both devices with safety class PLd and SIL2 (dual-channel, in redundancy) and devices with safety class PLc SIL1 (single channel). They all have high performance in terms of accuracy and measurement repeatability. Using the ALTILTconfig configuration tool, it is possible to fully customize measurement functionalities directly from a PC. The special polyurethane resin casing effectively protects the internal electronics from atmospheric agents, vibrations, and corrosive chemical agents, making it suitable for most outdoor and rugged applications. The sensors are all integrable into a CAN-bus network, and some models are equipped with analog or digital outputs.
