ALMEC Opens Its Doors for Fabbriche Aperte Piemonte 2025
On Thursday 23 and Friday 24 October, ALMEC opened its doors for Fabbriche Aperte Piemonte 2025, welcoming several groups interested in discovering our company up close. The initiative combined company history, live demonstrations, and direct interaction with our team, offering a comprehensive view of our evolution and day-to-day operations.
Company History and Achievements (2001–2025)
Since ALMEC’s founding in 2001, visitors had the opportunity to witness the company’s evolution—how over the years we’ve expanded our production departments by investing in machinery and skills, and progressively integrated electronics and control systems to deliver increasingly complex solutions. We also showcased the projects we’ve proudly developed throughout these years, culminating in digital transformation and IoT-based solutions.
Guided Tour of Departments and Offices
The visit began with a presentation retracing ALMEC’s history and highlighting our key processes. Participants then explored the production areas, where we demonstrated assembly stations, testing phases, resin coating processes, and our testing labs, offering a complete overview of quality control and operational workflows.
The tour continued into the technical offices, where guests could observe the spaces dedicated to design and understand how our projects are developed. We presented concrete examples of digitalization and IoT solutions that enable remote monitoring and data collection, and introduced our support areas, with our team available to answer questions and delve into technical and operational details.
The groups showed great interest, asking insightful technical and operational questions that enriched the dialogue and allowed for a deeper understanding of our daily activities. Direct interaction with our staff made the visit engaging and constructive.
