ALMEC among the key players at the Universal Expo in Osaka
From September 30 to October 3, 2025, ALMEC is participating in the Universal Exposition in Osaka, Japan, as part of the institutional mission promoted by Confindustria Piemonte and the Region, with support from public and private entities. ALMEC is one of fourteen businesses from the province of Cuneo selected to represent Piedmont at one of the most significant international events of the year.
Italy Pavilion: a full agenda of events
Among the most dynamic industrial players in the province of Cuneo, ALMEC stands out for its contribution to technological innovation. Its presence at the Universal Expo in Osaka highlights the value of Cuneo’s excellence on the international stage. The mission’s program includes high-profile events, starting with the inaugural conference “Piedmont meets Osaka. Piedmontese excellence, exports, and investments in Japan,” hosted at the Italy Pavilion.
On Thursday, the Politecnico of Torino will present “Flying: Where Dreams Meet Technology,” an event focused on research and innovation.
Throughout the week, institutional and business visits are scheduled at some of Japan’s leading industrial companies. The mission aims to strengthen economic and industrial ties with Japan, promote the internationalization of Piedmontese enterprises, and showcase key sectors such as manufacturing, agri-food, and services. It’s a valuable opportunity to open new avenues for technological and commercial collaboration.
ALMEC and BioPmed: Synergies for Innovation
ALMEC is participating in collaboration with BioPmed, Piedmont’s life sciences cluster, with the goal of enhancing technological and manufacturing expertise in the biomedical and industrial sectors.
