ALMEC S.p.A. has crossed new boundaries with the inauguration of ALMECHATRONICS INDIA Pvt. Ltd. This new entity, headquartered in Mumbai with a state-of-the-art facility under development in Bangalore, will deliver innovative solutions to the Asian market, leveraging the company's expertise and a technology transfer aimed at enhancing the activities and competencies of the parent company.
"Dogliani will remain central to the group's growth, which now includes two other entities among controlled companies and subsidiaries, in addition to the new Indian location, fully owned by ALMEC," commented Ivano Albarello, our Sole Administrator of ALMEC S.p.A. He added, "For this initial phase, we have hired a technician as 'Plant Manager' and a technical sales specialist with experience and knowledge of the market. These two resources will coordinate from India with the Italian team, which will be responsible for the complete management of the projects."
This marks the first step in an industrial plan aimed at the digital transformation of our company and the services related to data management.
