NEXWAVE is the new portable radio remote control designed for industrial lifting machines, handling equipment, and aerial platforms. Built to last, engineered for the operator: it combines ultra‑resistant materials, a fully customizable interface, and reliable radio communications thanks to the RDC EVO receiver.
Engineered for heavy-duty industrial use
NEXWAVE is built to withstand the harshest working conditions. The PA66 housing with UL94 V0 rating and IP65 protection ensures resistance to impacts and dust. Ergonomics include belt or shoulder strap options for prolonged operating comfort, and a controlled command layout adaptable to various machine profiles.
Smart battery management and extended autonomy
Battery: Easily replaceable NiMh 3.7 V 3.1 Ah battery to minimize downtime.
Autonomy: Up to 24 hours of continuous operation.
Smart Battery: The battery integrates a CPU that communicates its status to the remote, enabling early anomaly detection and preventing downtime.
Charging: USB‑C charger included, capable of charging two packs and compatible with universal 5 V sources.
Secure and high-performance communication
NEXWAVE operates on 868 / 434 / 915 MHz bands with automatic multichannel scanning and uses Hamming code for interference-free operation. Range reaches up to 100 meters in open field. For applications requiring low-latency wired connections, the CAN‑BUS option is available (supporting CANopen, J1939, ISOBUS protocols) via high-reliability connectors.
Commands, feedback, and customization
Command configurations: Up to 20 ON/OFF commands, 1 to 7 linear levers or up to 3 dual-axis joysticks, plus up to 5 side buttons.
User feedback: Up to 16 bi-color/mono-color LEDs, buzzer, and status bar to indicate operation, battery level, and anomalies.
Customizable interface: Labels and layout tailored to the customer to enhance usability and reduce operational errors.
Optional features: Smart lock system with contactless keys/cards to restrict access to authorized personnel, monochrome display, backlit label, and accelerometer for fall detection.
Safety and compliance
NEXWAVE includes an emergency stop button with declared performance according to EN ISO 13849‑1 PLd Category 3, and is CE and UKCA certified. Pairing with the RDC EVO receiver, encapsulated in PUR resin with IP67 protection, ensures electrical and environmental reliability even in the toughest conditions.
